KennysDIY.com is owned and operated in New Zealand and functions as a curated marketplace for digital DIY content provided exclusively by independent creators and sellers.

2. Digital-Only Products

The Site sells digital downloads only. All products are provided in standard PDF format. No physical goods or pre-built items are shipped. You are purchasing a downloadable instruction file, not a physical item.

3. Marketplace Role

KennysDIY.com operates as a multivendor marketplace. Products are created, owned, and submitted by independent sellers. We act as the platform provider and curator; we are not necessarily the author or designer of the individual products listed on the Site.

4. Product Previews and Samples

Some products include sample page previews in an interactive flipbook format to help you assess the quality and layout before purchase. These previews show real pages from the PDF with certain critical dimensions, measurements, or details intentionally redacted. The full downloadable product will contain complete, unredacted information.

5. Automated Review Requests

Following a completed purchase, our platform may send an automated follow-up email inviting you to review your order or the purchased product. These emails are directly related to your transaction data and help maintain a trusted marketplace.

6. Accounts

You may need to register an account to access your downloads or seller dashboard. You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

7. Orders, Delivery, and Access

After payment, download links are made available immediately on the confirmation page and via email. If you experience difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us and we will ensure you receive your file or a clean resolution. You are responsible for ensuring your device has software capable of opening standard PDF files.

8. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are primarily processed in USD. You are solely responsible for any local taxes, duties, or foreign exchange fees that apply within your specific jurisdiction. Prices may change at any time but changes will never affect already completed purchases.

9. Refunds
